FALL PROTECTION

 
 

COURSE Description

This Ministry of Labour accredited course provides workers with the basic fall protection information they require to work safely in areas where they may be exposed to fall hazards. The course provides up-to-date training combined with practical hands on training. This course consists of classroom and hands-on learning.

Upon successful completion a certification card will be issued.

Topics covered include:

  • OHSA and related Regulations

  • Fall Hazards

  • Fall Protection and types of equipment

  • Working with Ladders, Scaffolds, EWP

Written evaluation consists of 35 multiple choice questions and requires a minimum 75% to pass.

Practical evaluation requires completing a hands-on demonstration of 7 critical tasks, achieving a score of 100%.
